Obituary

Robert Ray Weddle,

57, of Indianapolis, passed away July 5, 2022.  Most of Robert’s life he lived in Boone County, Indiana and he moved to Indianapolis 10 years ago.  He was born July 21, 1964; his mother was Darlene Huffman.  Robert worked at Meijer for the past several years where he gained many friends from his co-workers.  He will always be remembered for his passion for computers, video games and his many friends he had in his comic chat room. Robert’s family was his two cousins but was fortunate to have many second cousins that he got to be with and watch grow up.  

 

Robert is survived by his cousins, Carla Janson (Mike) and Norma Leverenz; and several second cousins, Tyler Jackson, Jessica Jackson, Ashley Janson, Lauren Douglas, Gabrielle Taylor (Ben), Jonathan Leverenz and Madilyn Leverenz.   He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Huffman; grandmother, Edith Willoughby; and second cousin, James Michael “ Alex” Douglas.

 

Services will be held graveside at West Newton Cemetery, 6701 Milton St, West Newton, IN 46183 on July 31, 2022 at 1:00pm.  Any friend who would like to say something about Robert at the service is welcome.
