Zelik Kantar, beloved husband, father and grandfather died on July 17, 2022. He was born in Vitebsk, Belarus to Abram and Riva Kantar.
Zelik was a high ranking management official in a manufacturing plant before coming to the United States in search of a better life.
He is survived by his loving wife, Bella; his son, Nikolay (Irina) Kantar and daughter, Irina (Alex) Melnikova; grandchildren, Andrey Melnikov, Lonya Melnikow and Katya and Anna Kantar.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 11:00 am, with visitation from 10-11 at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home, 11411 N. Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077. Rabbi Dovid Grossbaum will be officiating. Burial will follow in Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation North Cemetery.
