Willa Rhea Gilpin

84, of Whitestown, passed away on May 2, 2018. She was born on May 25, 1933 in Union, Arkansas to Ovie and Beatrice Landers. She worked at Merchants Bank as a reconciliation officer for several years. Willa loved her family and they were the light of her life.

She is survived by her daughters, Denise (Christopher) Ramsey and Sondra (Philip) Cody; grandchildren, Amanda (Curtis) Caldwell, Christina Ramsey, Stephani (Anthony) Payne, Zachary Giveans, and Kelli (Sean) McLerran; and great-grandchildren, Tristan, Aubri, Lilly, Brody, Cruz, Zoey, Landry, Eli and Ellie. Willa was preceded in death by her husband, James Robert Gilpin.

Graveside services will be held Monday, May 7th at 2 PM in the Eagletown Cemetery. A visitation will be at A.R.N. Funeral & Cremation Services, 11411 North Michigan Road, on Sunday, May 6th from 4 - 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society or American Cancer Society.
