Victor was born in Crawfordsville on August 24, 1954 to Max and Helen Rivers.
He was an avid fisherman and farmer. He is survived by beloved wife, Janet Hohenstein Rivers; his children, Erin (Chad) Weaver, Eric Rivers and Meggan (Brandon Hood) Rivers;5 grandchildren and sisters, Ann McMindes, Jane Rivers and Mona Vasquez.
He will be deeply missed.
