Teckla Kim Richter Garry and Catherine “Kitty” Grace Richter Garry entered this world on June 12, 2024, in Cincinnati, OH. These girls defied the odds from the moment they existed and battled a rare pregnancy condition that affects twins. They were deeply loved and wanted. Big sister Teck gave the medical team a run for their money daily with her energy and activity inside the womb and little sister Kitty gave of herself to support her sister. After delivery, Mom and Dad enjoyed three beautiful days with our girls and were in absolute awe at their fight and will to live which far exceeded what their tiny bodies could give. 

Teckla and Catherine passed away on June 15, 2024, within an hour of each other. This day was their parents’ wedding anniversary, and they could not have been a better testament to the love their parents had for them and for their place in our beautiful family.

Mom and Dad held each girl tightly to their chests in their final moments to be surrounded with comfort, love and security. We will cherish these memories always. As they came into this world together, they left the same way – never alone and held closely by each other.

The Garry Family will always be a family of 8 and will be blessed forever by our two angel daughter and sisters watching over us.

Teckla and Catherine were preceded in death by great-grandparents Ida Beth Alexander Garry, Thomas and Marilyn Lindman, and Vernon and Mary Richter.

Teck and Kitty will be greatly missed by devoted parents Ashley and Andrea Garry, siblings Beckett, Blaise, Gretchen and Margaux Garry, grandparents Kim Daniels and David and Catherine Richter, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 20 from 3:00-5:00 pm at ARN Mortuary, 11411 N Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 21 at 1:00 pm at Saint Mary Catholic Church, 317 N New Jersey St., Indianapolis, IN 46204 with a committal service immediately following at Crown Hill Cemetery, 700 38th St. Indianapolis, IN 46208.
