Sandra Kay Crook, a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, departed this world on July 4, 2025, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on December 26, 1946, in Monrovia, Indiana, she left an indelible mark on the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A graduate of Monrovia High School, Sandra cultivated a career as a self-employed accountant with JSC & Associates, where her dedication and meticulous nature shone through. Her professional accomplishments were matched only by her unwavering commitment to her family, who were the true center of her life.
Sandra was a devoted mother to her beloved daughters, Leigh (Joe) Juliano and Kimberly (Greg) Adams. Her legacy is honored and carried forward by her five grandchildren—Joseph, Jessica, Anthony, Evan, and Trace—and seven great-grandchildren, whose smiles surrounded her with joy and pride. She found immense joy as "Grandma Sandy,” a title that symbolizes the warmth, love, and laughter she shared with her family. Attending her grandchildren’s sporting events was not just a pastime; it was a celebration of her unwavering support and love for them.
Sandra was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Masten Crook, along with her parents, William and Alice Scott, her sister, Barbara McGill, and her brothers, Raymond and Jerome Scott. Each of these individuals held a special place in her heart, and their memories continue to resonate through the family she nurtured.
