Robert C. Price

Robert Chad Pascal Price, age 85, was born in Hammond, Indiana on Feb. 23, 1941.  He passed from this life on April 15, 2026, in Bloomington, Indiana. 

Bob grew up in Chicago, Illinois.  He graduated from Lane Tech HS.  He spent four years in the USMC serving in Okinawa, Japan, and in Camp Pendleton, California.  

It was during this time in the military when Bob met Mary Muckerheide.  Two years later they started a 62+ year marriage.  Bob later graduated from Los Angeles Trade Tech College.  He worked as a manufacturing engineer for several companies such as Mattel and Zerox. 

In 1983, Bob left the manufacturing world and moved to Indiana where he owned and operated his own campground.  He worked on the side in maintenance at Target. 

Bob is survived by by his wife Mary Frances, and his three children Robert M. Price, William C. Price and his wife Teresa, and Rebecca M Livingston and her husband Tony.  He has six grandchildren - Kirby, Kelsey, Katie, and Donovan Price and Gage and Gavin Livingston, and many extras who call him Grandpa.  

His favorite activities were fishing, scuba diving, camping, and working in his shop.  

In 20 years of battling Parkinson's Disease, Bob never lost his sense of humor.  He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  He sends a "microwave" to everyone.  

Right of Christian Burial will be held April 23rd at 10 AM at St. Paul Catholic Church, 1413 East 17th Street, Bloomington, IN 47408. A Celebration of Life will be held April 25th from 2 - 5 PM in the commons at Bell Trace Bell, 800 North Circle, Bloomington, IN 47408.
