Richard "Dick" Foltz, 86, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away Sunday, January 29th, 2023.
Dick was preceded in death by his wife, Martha J. Marlin.
He is survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Betsy (Shawn, Shelby, Chase), Kip (Nick), Max (Jacob, Gretchen), Adam (Evan, Dylan), Krista and Sarah (Hayden, Hilde).
No services are planned at his request.
