Patricia Dianne Curran

Patricia "Dianne" Curran, 81, of Lafayette, Indiana, gently passed away on July 1, 2026.

Born Patricia Dianne Lane on December 5, 1944, she grew up in the close-knit community of Ladoga, Indiana, the daughter of the late Eugene and Irene (Davis) Lane.

Guided by a natural desire to care for others, Dianne dedicated much of her career to working as a nurse's aide. Her warm spirit and tireless dedication brought dignity to countless individuals and families during their times of greatest need.

Her life was enriched by the family she surrounded herself with. She is survived by four children, Paula D. Roper, Mitchell D. Bell, Jennifer K. Brown, and Amber N. Bellegarde, and held a special place in her heart as a bonus mom to JoAnne, Marlin, and Raymond. Her legacy will continue to shine brightly through her many grandchildren.

Dianne was reunited in peace with those who went before her: her parents; her husband, Everett R. Curran; her beloved daughter, Theresa L. Rothenberger; and her brothers, Robert E. Lane and Daniel R. Lane.

A celebration of life honoring Dianne's memory will be announced by the family at a later date.
