Nancy was born in Canton, NY on February 22, 1944 to Milton and Anne Bice. She spent 27 years working at Riley Hospital for Children.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Merrill Hough; son, Matthew (April) Hough; grandson, Maverick Hough; brothers, Bobby and Randy Bice and sister, Sandy (Dennis) Fields; special family member, Rob Wonnell.
She will be deeply missed.
