Mary Maxine Davis

Mary Maxine Davis,
of Speedway, passed away on October 5, 2016, her 78th birthday. She was born in Indianapolis to Charles and Alma Bannon. Mary loved racing and driver Tony Stewart. She was a member of CARA. Family was the most important thing to Mary and she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Mary is survived by her husband, William Davis; children, Steve (Arlana) Yant, David Yant, Dee (Ron) Haag, Jeannine (Sonny) Britton, and James (Candy) Yant; 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Linda (Dave) Tortora; and many racing fraternity friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Donna Allison.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 8th at 11:30 AM at Calvary Chapel on the Horizon, 1117 Bridgeport Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46231.
