James E. Taflinger

James E. Taflinger,
Indianapolis, IN, passed away September 22, 2017. He was 97 years old. James was a World War II veteran and longtime IPS teacher.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 79 years, Anne; and son, Kenny Ray. James is survived by sons, James L. (Judith), Stephen L. (Kathleen), and William A. (Norma); daughter, Marianne; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and extended family, Phong Chau & ThuCuc Thi Pham, along with their three children and two grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. A private burial will be held in Hanover, Indiana at a later date.
Dad we love you. Rest in peace!
