Jack Odiss Sexson

Jack Odiss Sexson passed away peacefully at home with his family, on July 5, 2023.  Jack was born July 8, 1951, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert Bant and Annabelle Sexson.  He attended North Central High School and Broad Ripple High School.  He also was a student at Vincennes University, and Pensacola Junior College.

Jack was the beloved husband of Mary (Hiatt) Sexson, with whom he spent the last 49 years, father to Sarah Sexson and Jackson Sexson (Shibani Manchanda), and “Pa” to his grandson, Riley Sexson.  He is also survived by his brother, J. Bant Sexson II.

Jack spent his life devoted to his family, to music, and to film.  He was an avid meditator and practiced both Transcendental Meditation and Isha Yoga.  He worked in Water Treatment sales for 35 years, at both Vesta Inc., and Ideal Water, retiring in 2020.
