Gurcharan Singh Jhawar, 78, of Carmel, Indiana, passed away on September 12, 2026. He was born in Punjab, India.

He was gifted in many things. He excelled in business, had a solution to every problem, and was always some you can count on to be in your corner.  He was a talented chef and gardener.

Gurcharan was beloved by his family: his wife, Kirpal Kaur; his children, Davinder Dhillon and Gurparshad Jhawar; his brothers; and his grandchildren.

A prayer service will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home, 11411 N. Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077.
