Gregory Scott Carney

Gregory Scott Carney,

50, of Thorntown, passed away January 24, 2023.  He was born in Indianapolis on August 9, 1972 to Thomas and Alice Carney.  Greg was a graduate of Broad Ripple High School.

Greg joined Guest Worldwide in June 2013 as a Maintenance Technician for Gilchrist & Soames in Plainfield, IN. Over the past 9 years, he became highly regarded for his expertise, commitment, as well as his esteemed friendship among his colleagues. Greg was an invaluable member of the G&S team and in particular, the Maintenance Department.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Heather; his parents; daughter, Gabrielle Carney; stepchildren, Bailey Curry, Drew Osborne, Tiffany (Brad) Martin, Timothy Coffman, and Hope Coffman; and grandchildren, Kaylee, Lilly, Breyson, Layla, and Wednesday.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
