Grant Morris Walmoth

One rarely gets to meet someone with the tenacity of Grant Walmoth. It was with sheer will that he pushed cancer back for over nine years. Multiple doctors and surgeons predicted his death over and over and like a boxer slowly pushing himself up from the mat, he rose to fight the disease year after year. He was a strong self-advocate, choosing his own medical path in spite of professional opinions. In the end, he had no regrets in his medical choices and lived longer with pancreatic cancer than most others.

He leaves behind a wife, two daughters, a son-in-law, five grandsons, his mother and brother.
