Frederika Leyvand
92, of Carmel, passed away November 5, 2017. She was born on April 20, 1925 in Priluky, Ukraine to Charles and Bronislava (nee Hainchinko) Eskine. Fredericka had a master's degree and was a fashion designer in Moscow. She and her family came to the US and made their home in Indiana. She was a proud member of Congregation Beth-El Zedeck.
Her husband, Emil preceded her in death in 2010.
Survivors include her son, Alex and his wife Irina and their daughter, Maria.
Graveside services will be held in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 11:00 am.
