Frances (Ferguson) Rinkes,

93, of St. Clairsville, OH passed away on December 17, 2020 at her home in Noblesville, IN.

Frances was born in Flushing, OH to Hugh Scott and Florence Ferguson on May 19, 1927.  She attended school in Flushing. Frances married Harry (Dub) Rinkes on June 26, 1948 in St. Clairsville. She was a member of Lloydsville United Methodist Church.

Frances is preceded in death by her parents; husband; three brothers; three sisters; and son-in-law, Jay Griffith.

Frances is survived by her children, Donna (Jim) Spillman, Deborah (Tom) Mannix, Rev. Kevin (Susan) Rinkes, Robin Fitch, and Wendy Griffith; ten grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Daisy Thatcher and Mildred Gibas; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don and Rosalie Nicholes.

Frances' family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the kind and compassionate staff at Paradigm Health.

A private funeral service will be held at a later date.
