Faye Beverly Silverstein, born on December 1, 1941, in Oceanside, New York, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025. She lived a life characterized by passion and dedication, both personally and professionally.
Faye's academic journey culminated in a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, where she laid the groundwork for a distinguished career as a Computer Programmer and Accountant. Her professional contributions significantly impacted the fields she worked in, showcasing her talent and relentless work ethic.
On June 26, 1966, Faye married Howard Theodore Silverstein, with whom she shared a loving partnership that spanned several decades. Together, they raised a family that blossomed under her nurturing guidance. Faye is survived by her children, Deborah Sharon Zeitlin (Robert) and Samuel Bryant Silverstein (Rebecca), as well as her cherished grandchildren, Helene Silverstein, Harold Silverstein, Adam Zeitlin, and Alec Zeitlin.
Faye was predeceased by her parents Harry and Helen Deutsch, brother Max Deutsch and her sister Mary Newman, whose memories remain a part of her legacy.
Friends and family are invited to pay their final respects at a Graveside Service on September 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM, to be held at Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation North Cemetery, located at 1300 East 161st Street, Westfield, Indiana, 46074.
