Doris V. Drummer Brown,

50, of Indianapolis, passed away May 21, 2017. A lifelong resident, Doris was born to the Late Oscar Lee Moore Sr. and Joyce Sue Howard Tunstill on December 9, 1966. She attended Indiana Business College, receiving a CPA and later becoming known as the "biggest tax lady in the city".

Doris was a loving and caring woman who touched many lives. She enjoyed dancing and singing, but cherished her family most of all. She will be remembered as a great mother and friend who never hesitated to put you in your place.

She is survived by her children, Joseph (Kimberly) Tunstill, Shaquonda Moore and ShaeLondra Brown; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, D. Eugene Howard, Oscar L. Moore, Jr., Sharon Morgan, and Joyce A. Moore; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and lifelong friends, Alethea Colbert, Miriam Bacon, Yolanda Mathis, and Brenda Hendon.

A memorial service will be held from 11:30 - 1 PM on June 3, 2017 at United Methodist Church, 4062 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46218 with Forst Manor. A repass will follow the service from 1-3 PM at the church.
