David Alan Turner

David Alan Turner,

87, of Lebanon, passed away August 29, 2024. He was born in New Castle, PA to the late Alan and Dorothy Turner on January 4, 1937. David honorably served his country in the United States Army.

He earned his Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and began his career as in aerospace engineering. David loved old cars and will be remembered for his intellect and love for his family.

David is survived by his son, Donald A. (Marsha) Turner. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Donna A. Albertson Terhune; and son, Daniel A. Turner.

A memorial service will be held at 3 PM on Friday, September 6, 2024 at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Mortuary, 11411 North Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077. Friends are welcome to visit from 1 PM until the time of the service. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Boone County.
