David Charles Peterson

David Charles Peterson, a resident of Pittsboro, Indiana, died Friday, October 22, at Hendricks Regional Health in Danville, Indiana. He was 65 years old.

David was born in 1956 in Indianapolis to Charles and Norma Peterson. He graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1974. He studied finance and accounting at Indiana University from 1974-1976 becoming a lifelong Hoosiers fan.

He worked as a business analyst for IU Health for the last twenty years.

David was a fan of Starwars and woodworking. David was also a fan of dirt track racing, even working on a pit crew for one special race.

A respected and beloved brother, uncle and friend; David is survived by his siblings Kathleen, Michael and Lisa, and his niece Courtney. In keeping with David’s wishes and private nature, his family is forgoing any traditional funeral services.
