She was the cherished daughter of the late Louis Ulrey and Margie Hodges Ulrey. Constance was also a loving sister to Janet Soard, Judith Ulrey, and the late Delona Bottoms and Louis Ulrey, Jr., with whom she shared many memories throughout her life.

Constance is survived by her devoted son, Linwood (Mary) Harrison II. The pride of her heart extended to her grandchildren, Tokoda (Destiny) Harrison, Jason Clark, and Robert (Heather) Clark, who will forever hold her spirit in their hearts. She also delighted in the joy of her great-grandchildren: Ellanore and Tydus Harrison, Cora and Carter Clark, Elijah, Aliyah, Noah, and Jonah Behymer, who brought her immense happiness. Constance will also be deeply missed by her fiancé, Doug Godme.

Throughout her life, Constance demonstrated an unconditional love that resonated with all who had the privilege of knowing her.
