Carolyn Spector

d. June 9, 2023

Fishers

Carolyn Spector passed away in her home peacefully surrounded by her family on June 9, 2023.  Born in Indianapolis, on April 20, 1948, and a graduate from Shortridge High School, Carolyn’s life was filled with loving family and friends.

Carolyn’s love for forging new friendships and relationships, an uncanny ability to always put others first and her genuine love for her family provided a life filled with joy.

Determined to always be the life of the party, she loved humor and making others smile.  From her numerous costumes, wigs, and hillbilly teeth, there was no situation or event that was safe from Carolyn’s humor attack.

Carolyn is survived by her son Jason Spector, her "sidekick" daughter-in-law Jennifer Spector and her grandchildren Phoebe, Stella and Jaxon.

A very warm and sincere thank you to the entire staff at Lake Meadow’s Assisted living and the wonderful nurses with Paradigm Hospice care.

Services will be at Aaron-Ruben-Nelson Funeral Home, 11411 N. Michigan Road, Zionsville, IN 46077, on Tuesday, June 13,2023 at 2:00pm. Click here to view the livestream. Burial will follow in Beth-El Zedeck North Cemetery.

A celebration of life will be held at Jason Spectors home following committal services.   The family will be observing the traditional shiva period of mourning on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from Noon-8PM.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Congregation Beth-El Zedeck, where she was a long-time member or American Liver Foundation.

May her memory serve as an eternal blessing.
