Barger Kent Macy,
78, of Fishers, passed away September 4, 2017. He was born in Evanston, IL to Kent and Isabel Macy on October 17, 1938. Barger proudly served his country in the US Coast Guard. He later became a technical writer for Blaw-Knox Industrial Equipment Company.
Barger is survived by his wife, Betty; sons, Bryant (Patricia) Macy and Eric (Jonna) Macy; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Marilee Frandsen and granddaughter Alexandria Macy.
A memorial service will be held on September 22nd at 11 AM at the Church of the Navity, 7300 Lantern Rd. A Reception will follow from 12 - 3 PM at the Indianapolis Sailing Club. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his honor to the Michael J. Fox Foundation, https://www.michaeljfox.org
