Our beloved father, companion, and friend, Artour Khalilov, passed away following an illness. He was born on January 25, 1963, in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, to Sabir and Karina Khalilov.
Artour had a natural gift for understanding all things technological. He loved computers and gaming, and he approached technology with both curiosity and ease. He was also an avid cyclist and spent many years working as a Highway Engineer, a career that reflected his analytical mind and dedication.
Above all else, Artour was devoted to his family. His daughter, Sabrina, remembers him as “silly and goofy,” someone who loved to joke and bring lightness into everyday moments. Music and podcasts were constant companions for him—whether he was at work or at home, there was always something playing. Home was his happiest place, where being surrounded by family meant everything to him.
Artour is survived by his children, Sabrina Khalilova and Albert Khalilov, and by his former wife and long-time companion, Irina Nemiovskaya. He will be remembered for his warmth, humor, intellect, and deep love for his family.
